Chicken Wings
Whole fresh wings, cut and cleaned to order — for frying, grilling and anything with a sauce. Never frozen, so the skin crisps properly instead of steaming.
Chicken Wings — how much, and how to cook it
How much to order
Count on 4–5 wings a person as a starter and double that if they are the main event. 500g is roughly 10 wings.
Cooking it
Dry them properly before they meet oil — wet skin steams instead of crisping, which is the single most common reason home-fried wings disappoint. Fry at a medium heat for eight minutes, rest them, then flash them again hot for two. Toss in sauce only after the second fry, or the coating goes soft while you are still serving.
Keeping it fresh
Everything is cut after you order and delivered chilled, never frozen — so the clock starts when it reaches your door, not when it left a warehouse. Refrigerate it straight away and use it within two days, or freeze it the same day it arrives.
Chicken Wings — FAQs
Are they whole wings or split?
Whole by default. Ask for them split into drumette and flat in the special instructions.
Are the tips included?
Yes, unless you ask us to remove them. Plenty of people keep them for stock.
Do you sell them frozen?
Never. Everything is cut after you order — with wings it matters more than most, because frozen skin will not crisp.
